A person who owns a home in the Bridgehampton or
Sagaponack school district. Must Present:
·Identification showing your local street address (i.e. property tax bill, utility bill, driver’s license)
·Picture I.D. (i.e. a driver’s license) |

| Renter / Part-Time Resident |
A person who is renting a house in Bridgehampton or Sagaponack and has a lease with at least 2 months remaining. Live-in caregivers are also eligible for a library card. Must Present:
·A current lease with at least two months remaining.
·Picture I.D. (i.e. driver’s license, passport, etc.) |

Juvenile Card |
A person under 18 who lives in the Bridgehampton or Sagaponack school district. *If the juvenile’s parent already has
a library card, the juvenile and the parent can simply fill out the application to receive a library card. If not… Must Present: · Proof of residence in the Bridgehampton or Sagaponack school district. (a current local school I.D. will also work) |

| Local Business |
Businesses located within the Bridgehampton or Sagaponack school district. The business owner must apply for the card
and give permission to staff members to use it. The business will be held responsible for any fees incurred. Must Present: ·Written proof that the business is located in our district.

| Direct Access |
Those who live in another library district within Suffolk County and have a library card from a library. Must Present: ·Your home library card |

Items from the following list will be accepted as proof of residency. Items must have name and street address. (Post office boxes are not acceptable proof of residency.) Tax Bill Deed
